Ryan L. Squier

Ryan Squier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in facilities and corporate real estate management. Currently serving as Vice President of Facilities & Administration at EMC Insurance Companies since July 2022, Ryan previously held the position of Vice President of Corporate Real Estate & Security at Meredith Corporation from February 2019 to May 2022. In this latter role, Ryan led a team of 40 employees and over 100 global vendors, managed an operational budget exceeding $80 million, and achieved $5 million in annual cost savings. Prior experience includes serving as Portfolio Management Director and Relationship Consultant Project Manager at Nationwide, overseeing significant capital planning and construction projects. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a BA in Finance & Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa.
