Subhanjan Paul currently serves as Dy Manager Planning at EMC Limited, overseeing total life cycle planning from procurement to production and managing dispatch billing and material reconciliation within the ERP module since January 2011. Previously, Subhanjan worked at BMW Industries Limited, focusing on streamlining production systems from November 2006 to November 2008, and at Bajaj Electricals Limited, where responsibilities included scheduling, reconciliation, ERP documentation, and production planning from February 2003 to November 2006. Subhanjan holds a PGDM in Materials Management from the Indian Institute of Modern Management-Pune, a Chartered Engineer designation from the Institution of Engineers India, an AMIE in Production Engineering from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from ABIT, completed in 2002.
