Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and business development. Currently serving as Director and Corporate Finance Advisor at EMC Management Consultants Limited since September 2009, Ryan has played a pivotal role in advising owner-managed businesses in the South East. Previously, Ryan contributed to the establishment and rapid growth of VTrade Worldwide Limited as part of a small team, achieving significant revenue milestones. As an Investment Analyst at Ariadne Australia from July 2005 to August 2008, Ryan provided critical analysis to the Board of Directors and senior management for various investment sectors. Ryan holds a BSc (Hons) in Business and Management from Brunel University London and a Postgraduate degree in Applied Finance and Investment from Kaplan Australia.
