Joyce Luna is a seasoned professional in the outdoor media industry with extensive experience spanning nearly three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at EMC Outdoor since April 2015, Joyce manages campaigns across the USA, Canada, and Europe, having previously held the role of Client Services Manager. Prior to EMC, Joyce worked at Billups from August 2009 to March 2015, where responsibilities included directing a team as the Director of Media and overseeing media planning as a Planning Supervisor and Senior Media Planner. Joyce's career began at Outdoor Services, where positions ranged from Account Executive to National Operations Manager, showcasing a versatile skill set in media planning, client relations, and operations management.
