Ivan Yong is an accomplished professional in organizational psychology, social responsibility, and innovation, currently serving on the EMCC Global Awards Judging Panel and as the Head of the Global Social Responsibility Work Group. With a strong commitment to ethical standards and mentorship, Ivan co-presides over EMCC Asia Pacific and is a founding member of its Executive Council, focusing on CSR strategic planning. As a mentor at beVisioneers and The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Ivan fosters youth leadership and project development. Ivan's expertise extends to authoring works on startup culture, co-founding pivotal initiatives like Nanyang Angelz and A Gift of GENUS, and founding Teleos Global Limited, specializing in talent management and psychological assessments. With ongoing doctoral studies in Applied Psychology at the University of Nottingham Malaysia, Ivan's academic foundation includes advanced degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Child Psychology.
