Lis Merrick

Lis Merrick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and mentoring. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Coach Mentoring Ltd since June 2004, Lis specializes in designing and developing internal mentoring and coaching programs, executive coaching, and training mentors. Concurrently, Lis holds the position of Director at The Professional Mentor Academy Ltd since November 2013, focusing on enhancing professional mentor education. As Accreditation Chair for International Standards at the European Mentoring and Coaching Council since June 2015, alongside roles as Governor and President of EMCC UK, Lis contributes significantly to mentoring standards. Furthermore, Lis is a Visiting Fellow at Sheffield Business School, specializing in coaching and mentoring research. With previous experience at Merrill Lynch and Thomas Cook Group in human resources, Lis holds an MSc in Coaching and Mentoring from Sheffield Hallam University and an MBA from The Open University.
