The EMCC exists to develop, promote and set the expectation of best practice in mentoring, coaching, and supervision globally for the benefit of society.

EMCC's vision is to be the "go to"​ body for mentoring, coaching, and supervision.

EMCC has 13,000+ members globally. We are made up of Affiliated Country organisations and direct members where a local EMCC does not yet exist.  The Council is responsible for EMCC strategy and steering the organisation.  It is made up of delegates from each of the following Affiliated EMCCs - Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech & Slovak Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, APR (Asia Pacific Region) and LatAm (Latin Americas Region)
