Vicky Charitou

Vicky Charitou, MSc, serves as the Practice Leader for L&D Services and a Corporate Trainer at Tack TMI since May 2023, where focus is on high-end Learning & Development solutions, including Leadership and Employee Experience. Vicky also holds positions as a Senior HR Business Consultant at Optimal HR Group, contributing to HR Development projects, and an Accredited Business & Career Coach at Career Coaching Lab since April 2014, utilizing NLP techniques. As an Associate Professor in HR Management at IST College and a Board Member of EMCC Greece and Paixnidagogeio, Vicky advises on HR and Communication projects while also engaging in academic instruction. Previous roles include People's Engagement & Development Manager at Goldair Handling and Senior HR Consultant at Dynargie. Educational qualifications include an MSc in International Banking and Financial Services from the University of Reading and various degrees in Economics, Hospitality & Tourism Management, and Career Counseling.
