Leiah Verdone

Leiah Verdone is a Design Operations Manager at emcee, with previous experience as a Senior UX & Human Factors Researcher at Bold Insight and a UX Researcher at Higi. At Bold Insight, Leiah conducted comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research for clients across diverse industries, producing detailed documentation throughout the research lifecycle. At Higi, responsibilities included defining user bases through long-term studies, establishing user research processes, and advocating for user experience within the company. Leiah also has experience as a User Experience Analyst and Product Manager, where skills in agile management and user feedback analysis were honed. Prior to that, Leiah worked as a Technical Specialist at Apple. Leiah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Psychology from Aurora University.
