Arun Nair, an UPDA/MMUP certified Mechanical Engineer, has extensive experience in overseeing and managing all aspects of MEP equipment such as chiller, package units, AHU, split AC, and more. With a background in maintenance and installation of HVAC systems, Arun has worked in various roles at companies like Facilities Management & Maintenance Company, EMCO QATAR, Qatalum, and Popular Vehicles & Services Ltd. Arun is skilled in preparing maintenance budgets, supervising subcontractor performance, and scheduling routine preventive maintenance tasks. Arun's educational background includes a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Poly Technic-Attingal, Trivandrum, Kerala.
