Luther Laycoax is an experienced procurement and credit underwriting professional with a diverse background in financial services and facilities management. Currently serving as a Procurement Coordinator at EMCOR Facilities Services since October 2022, Luther manages vendor onboarding, order processing, and account maintenance while ensuring effective communication within teams and generating reports. Prior experience includes significant roles at Rocket Mortgage, where Luther excelled as a Senior Credit Underwriter, processing loan applications, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining client relationships, as well as earlier positions at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa as Purchasing Supervisor, overseeing substantial food and beverage financials.
