Mike McLaughlin

Mike McLaughlin, PE, currently serves as Senior Vice President at EMCOR Group, Inc., a position held since July 2022, after previously being President of McLaughlin Consulting LLC from March 2021 to July 2022. Prior to this, Mike held various leadership roles at Southland Industries for over 26 years, including Executive Vice President, where responsibilities included business and operational leadership for engineering and preconstruction. Mike’s extensive background encompasses roles such as Vice President - Preconstruction Leader, Contract Executive, Principal Engineer, Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and Design Engineer, with a strong focus on large complex Design-Build and Design-Assist projects, particularly in healthcare facilities. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University.
