Prior to this role, Tim held various positions at Carrier Corporation from 1986 to 2014, most recently as the National Sales and Marketing Manager, where leadership was provided for a $600 million National Sales, Marketing, and Field Operations Organization, alongside strategic direction to meet business goals. Tim holds a Bachelor's Degree from Queens College, earned between 1978 and 1984.
