Lauren Ottinger

Lauren Ottinger is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Assistant Controller at EMCOR Services Aircond since February 2023, Lauren previously held the position of Accounting Manager at Bridge Commercial Real Estate / Bridge Office from August 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations. Prior roles include Senior Property Accountant and Project Accountant at Hines, as well as various finance leadership positions at Omni Hotels & Resorts, where Lauren developed expertise in financial oversight and internal auditing. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kennesaw State University's Michael J. Coles College of Business.
