Nesrien O'Dowd

Nesrien O'Dowd, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR management and organizational development. Currently serving as HR Manager at Mechanical Services of Central Florida since June 2007, Nesrien O'Dowd is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing human resource policies in collaboration with senior management. Prior to this role, Nesrien O'Dowd held the position of Human Resources Manager at EMCOR Services MSI - Mechanical Services since June 2006, and served as Activities Manager and Administrative Assistant at Westgate Resorts from 2004 to 2007, where responsibilities included organizing employee relation events and maintaining company records. Additionally, Nesrien O'Dowd has experience as Recreations Manager, focusing on file organization and inventory management. Education was completed at SUNY Broome Community College.
