Rex Jackson

Rex Jackson brings extensive experience in finance and corporate governance, currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit and Compensation Committee at EMCORE Corporation since December 2015. Previously, Rex held the position of CFO at ChargePoint, Inc. until January 2024 and served as CFO at Gigamon and Rocket Fuel Inc. Additionally, Rex was a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at Energous Corporation and played a critical role in the successful split of JDS Uniphase into two public companies while acting as EVP and CFO from January 2011 to September 2015. Rex's earlier career includes leadership roles at Symyx Technologies, Avago Technologies, and Synopsys, with a strong educational background including a JD from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Duke University.
