Eng. Saud H Marghalani

Eng. Saud H Marghalani serves as the Chief Customer Officer at eMcREY since November 2023, where responsibilities include enhancing customer experience and the success of the SaaS platform by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience also includes serving as IT Operations Director at Tabadul, Head of IT KSA at First Abu Dhabi Bank, and leading IT Systems Operations and Electronic Banking Technology at Bank AlJazira. Early career at NCB and Samba Financial Group involved quality assurance roles. Saud holds a BS in Systems Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and completed a Digital Leadership Program at INSEAD in 2020.
