Shashikant Pawar

Shashikant Pawar is currently serving as the Associate Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited since December 2023. Prior to this role, Shashikant was self-employed as the Director at Pathdarshi Leadership from November 2021 to November 2023. Shashikant's extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and insurance sectors includes a tenure as Deputy General Manager at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd, where the focus was on training strategy, design, and delivery of leadership development programs from May 2012 to November 2021. Additionally, Shashikant held the position of Zonal Training Manager at IDBI Federal Life Insurance, overseeing sales and soft skills training across multiple states.
