Debra Mitchiner

Debra Mitchiner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Chief Client Officer at PracticeHwy since February 2019, Debra's previous roles include Associate Director of Strategic Alliances and Area Business Director for Fertility Central US at EMD Serono, Inc., as well as various leadership positions at Organon USA, where responsibilities spanned from overseeing a national team of medical liaisons to managing sales goals across multiple regions. Additional experience includes VP of Marketing & Sales at Coastal Holes, Inc., and consulting roles in healthcare staffing and training. Debra began their career in education, teaching 7th grade life sciences, and holds a BS in Education with a focus on Biology and Marine Biology from Texas State University and the University of Houston-Victoria.
