Jennifer Magee

Jennifer Magee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee relations, currently serving as an Employee Relations Partner at EMD Serono, Inc. since May 2017. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for staffing strategy and recruiting talent across various business functions for EMD Serono, a leading North American biopharma brand of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. Prior to this, Jennifer held positions including Talent Acquisition Partner at Haemonetics, Contract Recruiter at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, Senior Technical Recruiter at Queen Consulting Group, and Staffing Specialist at Whitridge Associates. Additionally, Jennifer worked as a Realtor at Granite Group Realtors from 2000 to 2012. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Providence College and graduated from Notre Dame Academy.
