Tim Fisher

Tim Fisher serves as the Vice President & Head of Global Oncology Policy & Public Affairs at EMD Serono, Inc. since November 2014, leading initiatives in Oncology public affairs across major markets such as the US, Europe, and China. Fisher has developed substantial expertise in government affairs and public policy, having previously contributed to APAC Fertility Policy & Public Affairs and served as Senior Director of Global Government Affairs & Policy at EMD Serono. Prior roles include positions at the Biotechnology Industry Organization, Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications, Genzyme, MetLife, ACE Group, and the U.S. Department of Commerce, where Fisher implemented strategies to promote market access and regulatory reform in the biopharmaceutical sector. Fisher holds a BA in International and Comparative Political Studies from Hamilton College and two Master's degrees in Governmental Administration and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
