Omran Bou Hassoun

Omran Bou Hassoun is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Currently serving as the General Manager at Emdad International since January 2016, a leading resourcing and procurement agency in the UAE, Omran oversees outsourced procurement teams, leveraging expertise to enhance operations for various clients. Previously, Omran held the position of Head of Procurement Department at Emirates Driving Company from June 2007 to January 2016, managing procurement staff and directing all procurement activities in accordance with financial policies, while acting as a liaison between departments. Earlier experience includes serving as Training & Contracts Coordinator and Logistic and Supply Chain Instructor at Emirates Institute of Technology. Omran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law earned between 1994 and 1999.
