Hoang Nguyen, MDA has a diverse work experience. In 2022, they began working as an Operations & Analytics Manager (Livestreaming) at EME Hive. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Business Development Associate and Business Development Associate from 2020 to 2021 at Universal Processing LLC. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Research Assistant at Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business. In 2017, they worked as a Data Support Specialist at Gorman & Company, Inc. where they prepared source data for computer entry, processed and verified project and accounted documents, and worked with Information Technology department on day-to-day help desk needs. Additionally, they were a Computer Lab Assistant at City of Phoenix in 2017 and a Cultural Coordinator of Vietnamese Student Association at Oklahoma State University from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they were an ERP Data Analyst Intern at Vietsoft Co. Ltd. where they created the ERP program to manage all activities of companies, coordinated efforts with other interns, completed training sessions with SAP Business One and SQL Server, and used Design View proficiently and coded directly in the source to create web forms and design for websites in Microsoft Visual Studio.

Hoang Nguyen, MDA holds a Master's degree in Decision Analytics from Virginia Commonwealth University, which they obtained in 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Information Systems, General from Oklahoma State University in 2016.
