Rachael Joy

Rachael Joy is a highly experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in nursing and clinical services. Currently serving as VP Strategic Innovation at eMed Digital Healthcare since October 2023, Rachael previously held multiple leadership roles at Babylon from June 2018 to October 2023, including Director of Clinical Services and Director of Nursing. Prior to that, Rachael was the Lead Nurse at One Stop Doctors Ltd and held similar positions at The Red House Surgery and Francis Grove Surgery. Rachael began nursing career in January 2009 with a placement at Trivandrum's Women and Children's Hospital. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from King's College London and a postgraduate certificate in Independent and Supplementary Prescribing from Kingston University.
