Kashish Sharma has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2012, they began their career as a Manager at AIESEC Jalandhar, where they worked until 2014. In 2013, Kashish also took on summer internships at 3HD Media and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., FES, Swaraj Division. At 3HD Media, they collected data for a project called Core Finance Converting SMEs to MNCs. At Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., they completed a summer internship.

In 2014, Kashish worked at ICICI Securities as a Mutual Fund Advisor for a short period. In 2015, they joined Practo as a Territory Sales Manager and stayed with the company until 2016.

Starting in 2016, Kashish held multiple positions simultaneously. Kashish became the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at ShopTap.in and Director at EventBawa, both in September 2016. Additionally, they joined Realshoppee India Pvt Ltd as the Vice President of Sales.

In 2017, Kashish became the Chief Marketing Officer at eMedEvents, where they worked until the present time. Kashish also returned to ShopTap.in as the Chief Marketing Officer.
