Chang Tobby

Chang Tobby has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specializing in project management and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Project Manager at eMemory since September 2010, Chang has previously held the position of Senior Engineer at Spatial Photonics from April 2007 to September 2010, focusing on MEMS process integration and failure analysis. Earlier, from April 2003 to September 2006, Chang worked as a Senior Process Integration Engineer at 台積電, where expertise in process integration was developed.
