Michal Sharabi has a diverse work experience in the field of bioinformatics and computational biology. They currently work at Emendo Biotherapeutics, where they hold the position of Team Leader, Computational Biology since December 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at the same company as an Algorithm Developer from July 2021 to December 2022.
Before joining Emendo Biotherapeutics, Michal Sharabi worked at Evogene as a Bioinformatics Scientist at Computational Predictive Biology Department from July 2017 to June 2021.

Additionally, Michal Sharabi was a Direct Ph.D. track student at Technology and Storage of Agricultural Products - Dr. Ron Porat's lab. This role lasted from 2006 to November 2011.
Michal Sharabi has a strong educational background in both Plant Sciences and Computer Science. From 2006 to 2011, they pursued a Direct Ph.D. track in Plant Sciences at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Faculty of Agriculture. Prior to that, between 1999 and 2001, they obtained a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo. In addition to their formal education, in 2017, Michal also earned a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera Course Certificates.
