Tom Gjertsen

Tom Gjertsen is an experienced professional in the IT industry, currently serving as Regional Director for Region Øst at Atea Norge AS since June 2003. Atea is recognized as Norway's leading IT company and the largest provider of critical infrastructure across the Nordic and Baltic regions, employing approximately 6,300 staff and generating revenues of 24 billion NOK. In addition, Tom Gjertsen has held a parallel position as Regionsdirektør at Ementor Norge AS, leading operations from the Larvik office and managing the regions of Vestfold, Telemark, and Buskerud. Prior experience includes serving as Regionssjef konsulent at Itworks from 1999 to 2002. Tom Gjertsen holds a degree from the University of South-Eastern Norway, completed between 1987 and 1990.
