Carly Currie

Carly Currie is an experienced professional in regulatory and governance roles, currently serving as the Manager of Regulatory & Governance at Nova Scotia Power since March 2022 and previously held the position of Regulatory Project Manager for the Eastern Clean Energy Initiative. Carly has accumulated a diverse range of experience, including a Senior Auditor role at Emera and various positions at Nova Scotia Power, where Carly was a Regulatory Project Manager from February 2015 to October 2019. Carly has also contributed as a Reference Librarian at Fisheries and Oceans Canada, a Regulatory Coordinator at AltaLink, and held multiple roles early in the career, including a Communications Officer at Veterans Affairs Canada and a Media Analyst at Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Library and Information Studies from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University.
