Justyce Watson

Justyce Watson, PMP, currently serves as the Economic Inclusion Manager at Emerald Cities Collaborative since October 2023. Prior to this role, Justyce held various positions at the Urban Institute, including Policy Program Coordinator and Project Coordinator from July 2021 to October 2023. Experience also includes serving as Director of Operations at The Marlo Companies, Inc., and roles at Topgolf as a Bay Host and Event Ambassador. Early career highlights include creative direction and public relations internships, along with responsibilities in managing social media and PR strategies for organizations like Carolina Style Magazine and Curvy Chix Chariot. Justyce holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a PR Track from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completed in June 2018.
