Alexis Ravenscroft

Alexis Ravenscroft has over a decade of experience in the technology and IT field. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Level III Technical Specialist at California State University, Northridge. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a Helpdesk Administrator at Beachbody, supporting a large number of employees and managing various corporate systems. They then joined Loyola Marymount University as a Computer Lab Specialist for a brief period.

From 2013 to 2018, Alexis worked at Rubicon Project, first as a Senior Desktop Support Specialist and Lead, Desktop Support, and Associate Project Manager. They then moved into the role of an Information Technology Project Manager, where they created and managed project plans and budgets.

In 2017, Alexis co-founded aforeigner.abroad, a travel and media production company, where they served as the Director of Business Development. At Vytal, a brand of Medvantx, they worked as the Director of Information Technology and later as the Director of Information Technology/Operations. Here, they achieved improvements in KPI adherence, customer satisfaction, and executed a global migration to Microsoft Azure and Office 365.

Currently, Alexis is the Director of Information Technology at Emerald Cloud Lab, where they oversee IT operations.

Alexis Ravenscroft, PMP, CSM, has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, which was obtained from 2007 to 2011. In 2014 to 2016, they obtained a certification in Project Management from UCLA. Additionally, Alexis has obtained various certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2016 and the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2020. They also hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in July 2017, and the HDI Support Center Director certification from HDI, obtained in October 2020. Alexis has obtained the Certified SAFe 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2022 and holds Red Hat certifications as well. These include the Red Hat Certified Sales Engineer - Automation and Red Hat Certified Sales Engineer Specialist - Container Platform, both obtained in June 2022. Alexis also has completed various online courses and certifications, including "Applications of Everyday Leadership," "Business Strategy," "Competent Communicator," "Competent Leader," "Corporate Strategy," "Designing the Organization," "Foundations of Everyday Leadership," "Managing the Organization," "Project Management Certification" from UCLA Extension, and "Smartsheet Certified User."
