Charles Ian Ces

Charles Ian Ces has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Laboratory Operator III at Emerald Cloud Lab. From 2019 to 2021, they were an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Khoshnasib-Zeinabad Lab at Earlham College. At the same time, they were an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Falk Lab at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where they conducted drug screening to identify potential therapy for muscular dysfunction due to DNA polymerase gamma (POLG) disease (mitochondrial disease). Charles Ian also worked as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Deibel Lab at Earlham College in 2019. From 2018 to 2019, they were an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Hedstrom Lab at Luther College. From 2015 to 2018, they were an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Jenkins Lab and Disney Lab at UWC Atlantic College, where they investigated the effects of water treatments on the growth of E. coli bacteria.

Charles Ian Ces has a comprehensive educational background, beginning with the Engineering Science Education Program (ESEP) Secondary School Diploma obtained from Tabaco National High School in March 2014. Charles Ian then attended UWC Atlantic College, where they received a Bilingual International Baccalaureate Diploma Program in May 2016 and a United World College Diploma in the same month. From 2016 to 2018, Charles Ian Ces attended Luther College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Physics. Charles Ian then moved on to Earlham College, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry in 2020. Charles Ian Ces also holds additional certifications, including a Fullbridge Business Fundamentals Program from Fullbridge (August 2019), a Licensed Diver from PADI (May 2015), and a CPR from the National Safety Council (September 2019).
