Anthony Howard

Anthony (Tony) Howard has extensive experience in purchasing and procurement, currently serving as a Senior Purchasing Agent at the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority since August 2011. Prior to this role, Tony worked as a Purchasing Agent at Garrett Container Systems, Inc. from February 2004 to June 2011. Tony's career began in the United States Air Force, where a tenure in Security Forces lasted from November 1982 to November 2003.
