John Seymour

John Seymour is a seasoned Professional Engineer with extensive experience in managing engineering projects. Currently serving as the Manager of Engineering Projects at Emerald Coast Utilities Authority since September 2000, John oversees Capital Improvement Plans and system expansion projects for water and sewer systems, ensuring effective coordination, inspection services, and project closure. Previously, John held titles such as Captain and Director within the US Army Corps of Engineers and SONAT. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University, where studies took place from 1966 to 1969.
