Justin Smith

Justin Smith has worked as the Director of Finance at Emerald Coast Utilities Authority since June 2017. Prior to this, they were the Finance Manager at Escambia County Clerk of Court starting in August 2013. Their earlier experience includes working as a Tax Accountant at Saltmarsh Cleaveland & Gund from July 2006 to August 2013.

Justin Smith attended the University of West Florida - College of Business from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a major in Accounting and a minor in Finance.
