Daphne Schneider is an experienced Organization Development Consultant and Licensed Private Investigator, currently serving as Secretary and past Chair of the Board of Directors at Emerald Communities since January 2015. With a professional background that includes establishing Daphne R. Schneider and Associates in 1996, Schneider specializes in addressing complex workplace issues through consulting, mediation, training, and facilitation services. Active in community engagement, Schneider has held membership roles in multiple organizations, including the New Holly Neighborhood and the Greater Redmond Chamber of Commerce.
