Previously, they founded a consultancy focused on senior living sales and healthcare organizations, and held various marketing and sales leadership roles at companies such as Aegis Living and Red Lion Hotels Corporation, driving significant revenue growth and innovative strategies. As a member of Chief, Sandra is dedicated to empowering women in executive positions. They hold a degree from Universidad de Occidente, completed in 1998.
