Kristen Trenaman

Kristen Trenaman, APR, has over 20 years of corporate communications experience in the healthcare, home care, and QSR industries. Kristen is currently serving as the Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing at Help at Home, LLC, where they are responsible for developing innovative PR and marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation in the home care industry.

Prior to this role, Kristen worked as the Senior Director of Corporate Communications at Papa John's International, where they led a high-performing team and managed agency partners to develop and execute an integrated communications strategy. Kristen also played a crucial role in pivoting to an all-virtual communications strategy in 2020, gaining experience with virtual events, major conferences, and remote work engagement.

Before Papa John's, Kristen served as the Director of Communications and Brand at BrightSpring Health Services, formerly known as ResCare, where they led the Corporate PR and Internal Communications team to support the organization's brand and employee engagement strategy.

Kristen began their career at Humana Inc., a health benefits and home health care organization, where they held various roles over a span of 20+ years. Kristen worked as the Director of Strategic Communications for the Provider Development Center of Excellence Organization, leading strategic communication support to advance Humana's value proposition. Additionally, they served in roles such as Strategic Communications, PR Manager, Community Relations Manager, and Media Relations Consultant, where they developed the company's vision, managed crisis communications, and executed award-winning communications campaigns.

Kristen Trenaman, APR has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Louisville. Kristen also attended Louisville Male High School. Additionally, they have obtained accreditation in Public Relations from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
