Alina Finelli has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Alina began their career in 1997 as a West Coast Sales Executive for Paris Express Clothing, focusing on juniors and kids denim products. Alina then moved on to become the West Coast Sales Manager for Hot Kiss Clothing Company, where they provided strategic direction and operational leadership to drive customer acquisition and sales.
In 2009, Alina joined Pacific Merchants Trading Company as a National Sales Manager, where they directed sales, marketing, and product development for a CPG/Housewares company. Alina managed the entire sales cycle and created pricing models and sales incentives to maximize revenue growth.
From 2016 to 2016, Alina worked for The Walt Disney Company as a Senior Manager Sales Consumer Products. In this role, they managed strategic business plans and relationships with licensees and key partners to drive retail sales growth and increase client satisfaction. Alina also identified and supported new business development opportunities with national retail accounts and Disney theme parks.
After that, Alina joined Architec Housewares in 2016, where they held the position of National Sales Manager. In this role, they managed business for a multi-million dollar housewares company across multiple classes of trade and created and executed sales business plans and strategies. Alina also identified and opened new retail partners and managed national teams of 15 sales rep companies.
Most recently, Alina became the Sales Director at Emerald in 2020.
Alina Finelli holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California State University, Northridge.
