John Genzo

John Genzo has extensive work experience in the creative services field. John served as the VP of Creative Services at Emerald since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at G3 Communications from 2015 to 2020, holding roles such as Creative Director, Publication Design Director, and Publication Design Manager. From 2003 to 2015, they worked at Bloomberg Markets magazine as the Managing Art Director, where they led the Art and Production departments. Additionally, they worked at Bloomberg Pursuits magazine from 2011 to 2013 as the Design Production Director and at Bloomberg Personal Finance Magazine from 2000 to 2002 as the Associate Art Director.

John Genzo attended the School of Visual Arts from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a BFA degree in Communication and Media Studies. Apart from their formal education, they also hold additional certifications in Coaching and Developing Employees, Motivating and Engaging Employees, and Photoshop CC for Web Design, obtained from LinkedIn in 2018 and 2019.
