Brynn McKiernan

Vice President Of Development at Emerald Fund

Brynn McKiernan, AICP has a diverse work experience in the field of urban planning. Brynn started their career at Raimi + Associates, where they worked as a Planner from January 2013 to December 2016. Following that, they joined Rhoades Planning Group as a Project Manager in December 2016 and continued in that role until January 2019. Currently, Brynn is working at Emerald Fund, where they started as an Associate in August 2019. Brynn then progressed to the position of Senior Associate in October 2021 and is currently serving as the Vice President of Development since September 2022.

Brynn McKiernan, AICP, holds a Master of Real Estate Development + Design from the University of California, Berkeley. Brynn also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an Associate's Degree in Architecture Technology from Mira Costa College. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained LEED AP ND from the U.S. Green Building Council, LEED Green Associate from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI), and certifications as an American Institute of Certified Planners and a Certified Planner (AICP) from the American Planning Association.
