Tim Vrabel has extensive work experience in finance, particularly in the real estate and pharmaceutical industries. Tim began their career at Johnson & Johnson, where they worked as a Financial Analyst from June 2003 to October 2005, and then as a Senior Financial Analyst from October 2005 to May 2006. In May 2006, Tim joined Emerald Fund as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they primarily focused on multi-family residential development and mixed-use facilities. Tim later advanced to the role of Chief Financial Officer in February 2010 and eventually became the Principal and Chief Financial Officer in October 2012.
Tim Vrabel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & International Business from Penn State University, attending from 1998 to 2003.
