Dananai Morgan

Dananai Morgan serves as the Chief Development Officer at Emerald Necklace Conservancy since August 2025, driving fundraising strategies to enhance the organization's growth and sustainability. Previously, Dananai held roles at the Museum of Science, including Senior Officer Principal Giving and Associate Director of Leadership & Planned Giving, managing a portfolio of high-capacity prospects. Dananai has also contributed as Director of Development and Strategic Initiatives at Enroot, focusing on fundraising for immigrant youth programs. Additionally, Dananai founded Hukama LLC and worked at Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Development Coordinator in the Office of Gift Planning. Early career experience includes grant writing for the National Youth Development Council. Dananai's educational background includes degrees from the University of Cape Town and the University of South Africa, along with various certifications in analytics and education.
