Kai Miller, CSA

Kai Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Currently, they serve as the Chief Experience Officer at Emerald One, LLC, where they focus on closing the gap between IT strategy and execution. Prior to this, Kai was the Owner and CEO of Graystone Farm, LLC for three years.

Kai also has significant experience working with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where they held multiple roles. Kai served as the Chief of Staff in the Office of Information and Technology, ensuring the smooth operation of key processes and services. Additionally, they played a crucial role in establishing strategic communication initiatives and leading the first strategic communications team within the VA's IT organization. Kai also served as the Director of Communications and Executive Support for Product Development, where they developed and maintained a diverse suite of communications products.
