Brooke Hayes

Brooke Hayes has over 24 years of corporate finance and private equity experience including roles in fundraising, corporate development, underwriting, structuring, portfolio management, executive leadership and board governance. His diverse transaction background includes over $500 million of direct investments and numerous investment banking engagements across the technology-enabled services, financial services, software, consumer and energy sectors. Since 2017, Brooke has been providing CFO, COO and advisory services primarily to the cannabis and hemp industry through Meadowbrook Capital Advisors LLC for a variety of clients. Prior to Meadowbrook, Brooke was a Partner and COO at Milestone Partners, a middle market private equity firm focused on the financial services, business services and tech-enabled solutions sectors from 2002 to 2017. During his tenure at Milestone, the firm managed over $650 million of original capital commitments and closed over 30 platform investments. Previous to Milestone, Brooke was an Associate in the Technology Services Group at JPMorgan H&Q in San Francisco, CA, joining after he received his MBA. Prior to business school, Brooke was an Analyst at the Stratum Group, an upstream oil and gas investment fund providing structured finance to support acquisition of reserves and development, from 1995 to 1997. Brooke began his career at First Fidelity Bank where he received formal credit training and served as an Analyst and Team Leader. Brooke received his BS in Economics and MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Brooke serves as Co-President of the Wharton Private Equity & Venture Capital Association and Vice Chair of the Abington Education Foundation.
