Barbara Seagrave

Barbara Seagrave has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management, currently serving as a Chronic Care Management Nurse at Emerald Physicians, Inc. since July 2015. Prior to this role, Barbara held the position of Director of Quality & Case Management at Cape Cod Healthcare from December 2013 to October 2014 and served as the Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at South County Hospital from May 2004 to September 2013. Barbara's educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Rhode Island, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Central Connecticut State University, and certification as a Nurse Executive from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
