Josh's responsibilities include efficient utilisation of resources, project start-ups, commitment to safety policies, drill and blast operations, production mining, client liaison, and relief work when needed. With a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from Curtin University and ongoing development at Harvard Business School, Josh is dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation in their work practices.
