Carmela Souza

Carmela Souza has a background in Human Resources, starting as a Lifeguard/Swim Instructor at Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salem. Progressing in their career, Carmela became a Human Resources Assistant at Data Electronic Devices and currently holds the position of Human Resources Operations Specialist at Emerald Technologies. Carmela is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management at Southern New Hampshire University, following completion of a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Associate of Arts degree from the same institution.
