Jennifer Yarber

Jennifer Yarber has a diverse range of work experience. Jennifer started their career as a Communications Manager at the Construction Suppliers Association, where they implemented strategic communication and marketing plans and successfully rebranded the organization. Jennifer then moved on to become the Director of Communications at the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, where they promoted state economic development initiatives and established a strong social media presence.

Jennifer then joined the Georgia General Assembly, where they held several positions in the Senate Press Office. As the Deputy Director, they developed media relations and communications strategies for Georgia state senators and acted as a staff member for various Senate committees. Jennifer later became the Interim Director and then the Director of the Senate Press Office, where they managed a team and secured media opportunities for state senators.

Most recently, Jennifer was a Marketing Director at Emerald, responsible for overseeing budgets and marketing efforts across multiple brands. Jennifer focused on expanding audience engagement and sales lead generation through content creation and audience segmentation. Jennifer is proficient in Pardot, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results.

Jennifer Yarber obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Iowa in 2006. Jennifer then went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Professional Writing from Kennesaw State University in 2008.
