Courtney Tilford currently serves as a Development Officer and Calling & Career Ministry Coach at Emerald Youth Foundation since September 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Workforce Coordinator at Knoxville Leadership Foundation from October 2017 to September 2019 and Campus Field Staff at Cru from August 2015 to July 2017. Courtney also held the position of Senior Resident Assistant at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga while completing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from 2011 to 2015. Currently, Courtney is pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Therapy at Richmont Graduate University, expected to be completed in May 2025.

Emerald Youth Foundation is a Christian, urban youth ministry that serves more than 1,400 urban children, teens and young adults each year. Our ministry is implemented through a network of more than 15 churches and faith-based organizations in five youth and community zones. We desire to raise up a large number of urban youth to love Jesus Christ and become effective leaders who help renew their communities.
